You can request a return or refund under the following conditions:
✅ Defective or Damaged Product – If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
✅ Wrong Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
✅ Unopened & Unused Product – If you change your mind and want to return an unused product in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a refund (shipping costs may apply).
❌ Non-Returnable Items – Some pet-related items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons (see details below).

Customers can request a return within 90 days of receiving the product. After 90 days, we may not be able to process a return or refund.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will process a replacement order once the returned item is received.
5️⃣ Shipping Costs for Returns
✔ If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we cover the return shipping costs.
✔ If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, ordered the wrong product, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
6️⃣ Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety concerns, the following pet-related products are not eligible for return or refund:
🚫 Opened Pet Food & Treats – Once the packaging is opened, we cannot accept returns for pet food due to hygiene and safety concerns.
🚫 Used Pet Beds, Blankets, or Clothing – Any used pet bedding, apparel, or similar products cannot be returned.
🚫 Litter & Hygiene Products – Opened cat litter, pee pads, pet shampoos, and other hygiene-related items cannot be returned.
🚫 Chew Toys & Feeding Accessories – For health reasons, used chew toys, feeding bowls, or water dispensers cannot be returned.
🚫 Personalized/Custom Items – Any item customized with a pet's name or special engraving is non-returnable.
